Nichole was AMAZING!!! She was so helpful, kind, and did everything she could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They also gave me a very fair price on my trade in. This was by far the most smooth car buying process and best customer service I have ever experienced! I would highly recommend Valpo Car Co. to anyone!

Cars were priced right, info on them was honest, and process was extremely easy. I came in with preapproval so my actual buying process was less than 30 min once we’d decided on a vehicle. Definitely recommend

Great car buying experience. Starting the process on the website for pre-approval made my visit so much easier. In and out in less than 2 hours. Nicole was very helpful, explained everything and was very patient while we waited on my bank for a funds transfer. Overall it was the best dealership experience I've ever had.

Had a great experience here! Awesome workers, and Nick & Nicole were very helpful from looking at the cars, the quick paperwork, and helping make sure the car was in good quality once I bought it. Went to another another larger dealer in the past but enjoyed Valpo Car Co much better. I even referred my sister and she bought a car here.
